A Solar lease (or a Solar Power Purchase Agreement) lets you pay for the energy the solar panels produce instead of purchasing / leasing the panels itself. PPA can have either fixed, escalating or deescalating monthly payments over the lifetime of the agreement, which can be minimal of Seven years or more.
